About Me.

After leaving university, I knew I wanted to enter into the sports industry. I gained my personal training qualifications throughout the COVID lockdowns and began my self-employed journey at their conclusion. Since starting out, I've helped a wide range of people achieve their goals, including injury rehab, fat loss, strength training (including powerlifting specific work) and individuals training for sports such as football and rugby, with clients ranging from 12-years old up to 90-years old. The processes I use are simple to follow and utilise fundamental principles that have been proven time and time again.

Outside of the gym, I am a semi-professional cyclist, with 4 British titles to my name (3 in MTB Four-Cross and 1 in Pump Track), with previous top 10 performances at UCI World Championship level. I have a huge interest in sports performance and love the processes involved with progressing into the higher ranks of your sport. This is an area that I'm starting to enter into more with my work, as I look to build the best athletes possible with my coaching.
