Everything you need to be at your physical best for your chosen cycling discipline. This is my most complete training package yet, including programming for gym, sprint and track training to optimise your starts, top end speed and lap conditioning. All programs are fully periodised to your race calendar to ensure you're at your absolute best for your biggest races using tried and tested training principles, all under my watchful eye with weekly video check-ins and technique analysis
Periodised Programming
Everything is planned around your racing calendar, helping you peak for you biggest races (e.g National and World Championships) while managing fatigue and progressing throughout the competitive season. The programs will bias your main weaknesses to help you come into races with the complete package!
Video Technique Analysis
This not only applies to your gym work, but any footage you send over from track sessions including gate start analysis. Simply send over videos via WhatsApp and we can either go over them there and then or during your weekly check in
Weekly Check In
This is a new addition for the online coaching package to offer more interaction between athlete and coach. Each we will arrange a video check in when we can discuss how your training went the previous week and if there’s anything we need to address. This is also a perfect time to go over any technique videos you may have filmed throughout the week
Race Day Support
That extra helping hand to make race days flow as smoothly as possible. Including competition nutrition advice, helping with tactical decisions such as lane selection and anything else you may need on the day!
